Mr. Romero is currently serving as of Counsel for González Tapia Lawyers in matters of Telecommunications, Anti-Trust and Administrative Law. He has work experience in both the public and private sectors, participating in various administrative, Civil, Commercial, Criminal and Labor Litigation, as well as assisting in advising national and international clients on matters of business management.
He is currently a member of the Collegiate Bodies of the Dominican Telecommunications Institute (INDOTEL).
Education
He is a graduate of the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), receiving the academic title of a Law Degree in 2011. He has also a Master’s Degree in Law of Economic Regulation from the same university.
He has taken several understudies in different areas of professional practice, including Administrative Law, Telecommunications, Litigation, Civil Procedure, Commercial Law, Consumer Law and Immigration Law.
Currently holds a master's degree in Administrative Procedural Law at Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD).
